The thing i enjoyed most in year 9 is creating a poster for a film.

My strengths are : Practical, Leadership and Creativity.

What makes a good film

A good film trailer will consist of:
A brief view of the film leaving the viewer in suspense.
Date when it comes out.
Viewing of the main characters.
Variety of different shots.
Release Dates
Name of characters.

What makes a Good Film Website...

Features of a good film website:
Conventions (Synopsis, Cast + Crew, Downloads etc...)
Date on when its coming out.
Characters and there part.
Advertisement.
Animations.
Coloring that matches the film.
Videos (Trailer).

A good film website has alot of detail about the film it is advertising on the page. It should also have a good amount of detail about the story. The colour of the website should match the ty[e of genre and should relate to the film so you get to know the characters better. It should also have some information about where it is getting released and if its 3d!

My Film Idea - first draft

Genre - My film will be an action film.

Age Rating - My age rating will be 18+

Target Audience - My film is mainly for 20-30 who enjoy action and is not afraid to see blood and violence.

Location / Setting - The location will vary from being in the jungle and being in remote towns. Because the enemie is hiding out in a small village . Also it will keep suspense if its in the jungle and remote towns.

Characters - My main character will be someone who is brave and adventurous , and is harsh on the enemies, also he will be a charmer with the ladies . He lives in New York and works for the Government as an assassin but because he has be noticed with his skills, he has been called to find and assassinate and threat to the USA.

History Of Advertising

The first TV ad broadcast in the UK was on ITV on 21 September 1955, advertising Gibbs SR toothpaste.


It depends on what channel, what time, between what shows etc etc.So for a advert on say channel 4 at 4 pm you would pay around 25-30 thousand. However this increases to hundreds of thousands at the 5-8pm time.  For the cheapest adverts you pay only a couple of thousand.


Advertising on on UK televisions is cheaper than advertising on USA televisions because there are way more people in the USA then UK, so it means there will be more viewers in the USA than the UK.

Another photoshop edit, I cropped out "Wayne Rooney" and the "Lucozade" bottle , and added the effects like the multicolored background, the flares and also the lighting.

I really dislike the way people stereo type "Teenagers" like there all criminals, people say that some teenagers are rebellious, lazy, egocentric, irresponsible, and totally focused on trivial things like fashion, material things, socializing, etc.

Also, mall rats who give in to peer pressure and all want to look & dress alike, cruel kids who disrepect authority and make fun of the less popular kids.

Dont get me wrong some of teenagers are the stereo types above , but the way everyone thinks all teenagers think and act like is annoying!

But some teenagers actually help out the world/people , like the facebook owner was a teenager when it started and look where he is now, also the biggest youtube music channel in the UK is owned by a teenager! So my point is that not all teeenagers do bad thing and disrupt the community , some teenagers actually make the world a better place!
